DESCRIPTION — Orange blossom and pear on the nose, with bright citrus and crisp apple and pear on the palate with subtle tropic undernotes.  Rounded body and minerality on the finish.  

BACKGROUND — 1st Albariño vintage from Colombe Vineyards. Aged 5 months in stainless steel to preserve fresh minerality. Blended with 20% Roussanne for mouth feel. 13% ABV. 83 cases produced.

PAIRS WITH — Fish tacos, ceviche, a young Manchego, or a spring vegetable risotto. Sip in the sun and share with friends!
