DESCRIPTION — Prominent aromatics of leather, fall leaves, and plum, backed by warm baking spices.  Juicy tart cherry on the palate with a velvety cocoa finish.  Complex, medium-bodied, balanced tannins. 

BACKGROUND — 100% Petit Verdot aged 18 months in neutral and new French oak.  13.3% ABV.  Only 47 cases produced.  

PAIRS WITH — Grilled lamb chops, mushroom cream sauces, tapas, game nights.
